Voltas WAC 183 Vectra pearl 1 5 Ton - Service Complaint and Wrong Charges by Dealer

We have purchase AC in July **** at House no. **, Gali no., *, Shyam Park Main, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad But the AC gas leakage, we lodge complaint on *th April, rectify on *th April and payment taken. But again the gas leakage and again complaint lodge and on **/** April. But again the gas leakage *rd time, we again lodge complaint, but no one attend the issue. We have multiple time inform in call center and they also give us service center number, but the call still not attend in last one week. Service center inform without any visit the coil have been change, and spare are not available for next one week. Totally unprofessional behavior. Also demand the money of **** for coil without checking guarantee.
We will highly recommend in society not to purchase Voltas product that their product and service are not as per standard. Service Centre are totally unprofessional.
