Naukari fast forward - Service charges taken but services are inactive

Fast forward services charges taken on August **, **** but I'm seeing half of the services are not active till date and due to which I'm loosing on jobs. My qns is why I have paid such price when it's not activated yet?
No response I'm getting when I call on number.
