Subject: Complaint against ZEE* for Unfair Trade Practice and Deficiency in Service regarding unauthorized device limit reduction.
Details of Grievance:I purchased a ZEE* subscription pack on **th June **** for ₹***. At the time of purchase, the subscription explicitly advertised concurrent streaming on * devices. Following the purchase, ZEE* unilaterally altered the terms of service and downgraded my account's multi-screen capability to only * active device, rendering other family members unable to use it simultaneously. This sudden reduction constitutes a clear Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, as the core feature promised at checkout was revoked without consent. Attempts to resolve this through customer support have failed to restore the promised access.
Relief Sought:I request the forum to direct ZEE* to immediately restore the multi-device access originally promised to my account.
