Airtel Dth - Service centre is cheating and bad behaviour

Yesterday my Airtel DTH signal problem...so see your customer service centre in Chidambaram (Vimal communication).. This service centre technician come to my home and take my settoff box yesterday this man told ..i give new setoff box....so you give money ***...then I give money...but now this service centre give old broken setoff box given to me... I raised questions why you give very old broken settoff box ....the service centre very bad behaviour take correct action...This service centre can't Give bill... I asking bill this man very angry. I am very sad
