IFB - Service center cheating

I have paid rs **** for AMC(annual maintenance plan) from IFB washing machine on **-**-****. And on may **** i have booked a complaint. The service person said that he has to replace the pump motor costing rs **** and even before he he came to my home a message came to my phone that"your complaint has been resolved ". After that he came to home another day after so much calling and requests to the pump and he after opening the washing machine and doing some things he showed an old pump motor which he took from his service center and said that he had replaced the pump. But he didnt replace the pump and showed us the old pump which he bought from his service center..after he went we called him asked why he cheated us and reporeted this to IFB but till now no action is taken
