Ask Me Solutions Private Limited - Service and waranty Guarantee not provided

The product purchased from the above company namely Ask Me Solutions are under * years replacement as mentioned on my invoice proof attached. I have bought various product from the above company for my home surveilance on **-**-****, which included gate lock access control which is the *rd last product in the invoice attached priced at **** rupees. The access control suddenly stopped working a month or more ago and i contacted ask me solution properietor Raja Mohd Shahid, they ist refused any such claim of replacement but on presenting the bill to the technician they agreed to take the product with them and took it with them on **-**-****. Since then they are neither giving me the replacement nor they give me any update of my product which they have taken from me. They are just doing today tomorrow, or they say we will just call you back but they do not. Now i would like to file a complaint against them.
