Ch RPS Chakravarthy filed complaint against Hero Motocorp on Mar 16, 2020
From Last Two services I am not getting Mileage due to carburetor problem(your Authorized mechanic said).
From Last * months they are not providing new carburetor to resolve the issue.
They are asking me to come for service to resolve but not providing proper service. I am not sure how they are doing service without Spare parts.
Last month I visited ** times as they ask me to come for to resolve the issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
