the company advertised the installation of dth connections by advance booking and claiming the installation in ** to ** days. I uave booked two dth connections on ** mar ** vide booking id ******** and paid an advance amount of *** being booking amount for * connections.
after almost * months neither any dth connection installed nor the amount has been refunded to me. Contacted their customer care around thousand times about installation and also asked for refund of booking amount in case of non delivery but nothing happend.
i want to file this complaint so that big companies like reliance should not play with sentiments of small consumers and no right to make fake promises to its customer when they can not fullfill their commitments.
