I bought an IFB washing machine (S.No- ******************) on December ****, but the machine cabinet started rusting within * * months. Even after regular complaining to the customer support. Nothing has been done yet and I am just given fake promises all the time. I have run out of patience and finally thought taking the help of consumer court
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
