Jubilant Foodworks Limited - Served nonveg food instead of veg that i ordered

I have ordered domino’s pizza as usual being from a hindu family i ordered all veg menu from domino’s but instead they served me Non-veg item.My mother said this doesn’t taste ok so i checked and found it is chicken i called domino’s they took the food and just said its a error but due to this error my mom had a trauma of eating non -veg puked all night and domino’s settled this by giving me a refund and saying its an error how such a franchisee do such error its a major blunder from their side i need to teach them don’t play with someone religion and the thing is that day its my mom birthday and due to domino’s she ate chicken on that day and now regret each day please help me to take action against domino’s (Jubilant foodworks limited)
