Somany Ceramics Limited - Serious Quality issues

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your kind attention, a complaint regarding one of Somany's products. Due to a marriage ceremony in our family, we decided to get our floor replaced. However, this decision turned into a nightmare as soon as we decided to buy your tiles. Once the tiles were installed we were shocked to see that even though we had purchased * model i.e Levigato Howard Blanco, there were actually * finishes and texture of tiles. It was surprising to see that even tiles from the same box had * different types. I have attached the bill and images of the floors for your reference, and request you to have a look.

To top it off, when I contacted the dealer to discuss this, he was not ready to take any responsibility for this, and clearly told that he could not do anything about it. This kind of customer service is unheard of from an organisation of your reputation and is really surprising to say the least. This experience has caused us major grievance, and with the marriage coming us, is causing major distress and anguish. Our floor has turned into an atrocity and is not what we would want anyone to see.
I would request you to look into this matter and help your long time customer. I hope as an organisation which strives to provide a good customer experience, you would find a solution and help us get this resolved at the earliest.
