ULtratech RMC - Serious Quality Concerns with RMC Slab

We placed our trust in Ultratech RMC, expecting the highest standards of material quality. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of deeply disappointing.

The extensive honeycombing in every beam is not just a minor flaw—it is a clear indication of severe material deficiencies that compromise structural integrity.

This is not a workmanship issue. Blaming laborers or site staff is an easy excuse, but the facts speak for themselves:

(*) This is our fifth slab, and the workforce has remained consistent. These are highly skilled professionals with decades of experience, and their competence is not in question.
(*) A quality control representative from your team attempted to attribute the issue to the vibrators being used. This is utterly misleading—our masons are well-versed in correct compaction techniques and have used the same equipment for previous slabs without any such defects.
This is a serious failure on Ultratech part, and given the situation, I now have major reservations about proceeding with RMC for our next scheduled slab next week.

To add to the concern, the QA certificate from Ultratech for Day * is highly questionable. We used M** grade, yet the strength readings have already hit ** and ** within just * days. This is abnormal and defies standard curing and setting expectations. None of the previous RMC reports for our slabs have shown such inflated early readings. This strongly suggests that the QC report is either flawed or deliberately manipulated.

This boils down to a serious credibility issue for Ultratech—something I did not expect from a company of this stature.
