TERI University - Serious Complaint Concern Regarding Mismanagement and GenderSensitive Issues at TERI GRAM Mercedes B

Hi, There is serious concern regarding the CSR program from Mercedes Benz in collaboration with TERI (TERI GRAM Faridabad). My wife an Architect got selected and attending the program, We have * years old kid.

Suddenly yesterday came to know that the nanny's father died suddenly of heart attack so she was not able to come for **-** days, We just had informal discussions that we can bring the kid along, Discussed and agreed by them at initial counselling session. Surprisingly the lady coordi-nator sent a message to the WhatsApp group (Attached for ref), sounds like public humiliation and was not at all required.

Surprisingly came to know yesterday that married couple are not allowed to share the room and there is no restrictions for unmarried couples, who are enjoying all the facilities without any re-strictions, there are no female guards or restriction for room sharing, irrespective of the timelines!! Surprised………

How does a women having kid and living alone with husband (nuclear family in Delhi) attend the training, She left her job from Samsung industry just to take care for the kid and now when she's trying to come back and even trying for design and develop for the society, EV's COP's setup's such actions from training providers are derogatory and demotivating....Then we talk about wom-en empowerment!!!!

Moreover, to it the management staff of TERI GRAM is so rude and detrimental like they are do-ing utter favour on the attendee's/Students, their behaviour is not at all tolerable, I request to re-move the brand and logo of Merc from there as it's badly damaging the image of your company (In terms of Women empowerment and Brand image of the company)..........Regards...
