Xpress Tenders - Serice Not Provided

I am writing this letter to file a formal complaint against Xpress Tenders (www.xpresstenders.in) for their failure to provide services to register my company on GEM portal and do my products Listings after receiving payment from me.
I have made several attempts to contact the company regarding this issue, but they have stopped responding to my calls and messages.
I purchased services from Xpress tenders on ** Jan **, and made the payment through GPay. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the company failed to provide the services promised. The situation has been exacerbated by the fact that the company has stopped responding to my attempts to contact them.
I believe this to be a clear case of fraudulent business practices, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Xpress Tenders. I have also suffered financial loss of *****.** due to the non-delivery of promised services, and I expect the company to reimburse me for the same.
I request that the Consumer Department takes immediate action against Xpress Tenders and investigate this matter thoroughly. I also demand that the company be held accountable for their actions, and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future.
I have in my procession all relevant documents, including payment receipts and communication records with Xpress Tenders for your reference.
