i went to service center to claim my warranty but unfortunately due to missing serial number in invoice, i was not able to claim it. I had started following up with amazon but they had such pathetic logging system that each time when I contacted them, then I had to explain again and again same issue. Each time they asked me to wait for * working days. Now, I can't wait as they are really judging my patience and I want them to be sued and fined for what they are doing
