Street 9 dress from myntra - Serial number not matching

I had order dress from Street * size Xs i received the parcel.But it ws too tight so I had put return request bt serial number was not matching.Then i call customer care they told they has raised a query and issue will be resolved bt no progress.Then i decided to exchange the dress bt same issue that serial number is nt matching.Customer care no support .This is worst service n waste of money n time.
