Maxbhi Com - Sent Wrong Faulty Product now not returning it

They have sent us the Faulty/Defective Product and after the complaint on the very next day, till date despite frequent calls to their customer support and their team, the Maxbhi people are unnecessarily harassing by returning the component. Now they have put me in Depression because of their non-cooperative attitude and wasted my lot of time in futile discussions. They must pay us the compensation of at-least Rs. ***** for Mentally Harassing me and for the Wastage of my precious time and creating a financial and academic losses in
my day to day life as I'm unable to conduct my online classes from the phone I used to take. Due to their Non-Cooperative attitude it has spoiled my Professional Image.
