Street silk saree - Sent damaged sarees

I ordered two banarasi silk sarees from Street silk saree on March ** . I received the sarees on March ** th but the sarees were torn , damaged and very very old . The sarees were not as it looked in the picture. Street silk saree scammed me . Please help me
