Hello Team,

I did purchase Blue Star water purifier from Flipkart on *rd April **** and delivered on *th Apr ****. After delivery the blue star team visited for installation and found a internal damage in that product.
So i just place a return request for replacement of the product, after few days Flipkart team said the request has been cancelled due to technical issue and they raise new one on ** Apr **** , from *th April **** to till today i am connected with Flipkart team at-least **-** times for proper update, but no use.
