Queen Design Studios - Sent a cheap quality wrong product

I have ordered for a Kurthi received a cheap quality saree which is not even worth ** Rs. I have paid *** Rs. but the mental pressure which i have gone through only i knows, this fraud company should not do such cheating to others. I am trying to reach the no mentioned in package its switched off, what's app no no response at all, no customer care response, filled a form for refund no update from a week + now. Need to take a legal action on such company.
