AGE Mangalore - Senior Citizen organization refuses to refund registration fee without valid reason

I registered with AGE Balmatta Mangalore on March **, **** and attended my one and only monthly meeting the same day. I was not given a payment receipt and was told it would be given the following month.
Due to health reasons, I was not able to continue my membership and informed AGE Mangalore before the second monthly meeting on April **, **** that I wanted to withdraw my membership. I did not attend the meeting and my son contacted AGE President Mr Zahid Hussein and spoke to him over the phone at which point, Mr. Hussein assured that the matter would be sorted after he spoke to the AGE auditor. My son called up Mr. Hussein a number of times after that however he did not answer. Finally he answered his phone on May *, **** and said he was busy and would call back. However he never called back and stopped answering calls again. We texted him and he replied that he was busy with his lawyer about something but did not address the refund matter. We continued texting him and calling him however he did not bother to respond. I even addressed my concern in the AGE Mangalore WhatsApp group however I was wrongfully and shabbily targeted by the AGE Mangalore Secretary Mr Mark Saldanha. I mentioned my grievance as asked by Mr. Saldanha however was ignored after that. After constant probing, I was told that the matter would be discussed during the Office Bearers meeting on June **, ****. On June **, ****, I was bluntly informed on the group chat that my money would not be refunded as per the terms and conditions of the organisation. These terms and conditions were never communicated to me during registration, payment and after and I was not even issued a payment receipt. All my pleas fell on deaf ears and the office bearers just smirked at my discomfort.
