I hope this message reaches someone who can finally help end this frustrating cycle.
Since April, I’ve been trapped in an endless loop of warranty claims for my boAt Airdopes ***, and despite multiple replacements, the core issue remains the same. What started as a minor inconvenience has turned into a long, exhausting journey.
Here’s a quick snapshot of my claim history:
* Ticket ID: ******** – *st replacement
* Ticket ID: ******** – *nd replacement
* Ticket ID: ******** – *rd replacement
* Ticket ID: ******** – *th (current) replacement
– Service Order generated on **th June, product received recently
And yet, with every new unit, I face the same issue: abnormal battery drain.
This latest replacement lost **% battery after just ** minutes of video call and ** minutes of normal audio call. I’m genuinely wondering if the “*-hour playback” claim is only achievable if I keep them in the charging case and never touch them.
I’ve waited, trusted, and followed every process — four times. But at this point, I no longer feel like a customer. I feel like a QA tester for repeated faulty units.
This is not just about a product anymore — it’s about time, trust, and mental exhaustion.
I respectfully urge you to escalate this matter internally and ensure I receive a properly functioning unit — one that finally puts an end to this ongoing harassment.
