I purchased a boat ear pod *** on **th September **** . I was facing connectivity issues and the right ear pod was not working.
I logged a complaint **th September **** and the ear pod was picked up on **rd Sep ****.
I requested for a replacement and now they are repairing it and sending.
Now since the warranty is over what to do when there is a problem.
