iPhone 15 promax - Send Android phone instead of iphone

On ** july ****, **** I ordered an iPhone through WhatsApp for further details from MINI MOBILES ,Nathani Heights, Opp. Railway Station, Mumbai Central, Mumbai.
The amount was of ***** of which I paid courier service of Rs *** in advance.
The product was sent from the Blue Dart courier service, the tracking ID is ***********
The product is a highly cloned iPhone ** pro max and all the parts is of android. At first they sold me by telling a Second hand Refurbished product but this phone is highly cloned android phone which looks totally iPhone ** pro max.
I requested for a refund or exchange but they cancelled my refund request and after that I request for exchange firstly they give me assurance for exchange but later they refused for both exchange and refund as well

Hence I just want my refund or exchange.
