Sir, I Have Take Holydays Package Service From Empleado First Service Pvt Ltd(EFS****) At Date */**/**** At **:** Pm, But After This Payments I Planned & Informed * Times For Hotel Booking For Holyday Travelling But They Are *) They Are Rarely Pick Up My Mobile/ Not Pick Up Phone & Rarely Reply My Mail, So I Have To Cancelled My Train Ticket & Cancelled My Travel Panning.When I Purchased This Package While Mr Baiju Menan Promise To Me " If Their Service Not Satisfactory Then I Will Refund *** % Money, So Mail & Call Them For Cancelled My Memebership & Refund My Amount RS ******/- But still date They Are Not Refund my amount.
