Namaste India - Selling product more than MRP

I went to Manoj Milk point near Pakka pul in Farrukhabad and I asked for two packets of buttermilk whose MRP was ** Rs. each. But he asked me to pay ** Rs each when I asked the shopkeeper that the MRP is ** Rs each then she started using abusive language along with her husband.
I asked the shopkeeper that not to use this language then she started blaming me that I raised the hand over her for just * Rs why I would do this I can pay her ** Rs also but why would I if the market price is ** Rs.

These shopkeepers are playing with customers and moreover on asking for the explanation that why you are selling it over the MRP the man said that it’s his wish that he wants to sell it for ** Rs or ** Rs I said why not ** Rs when this is the MRP.

These are most common and small issues but this is actually the fraud people are facing day in day out but no one is complaining as it’s a matter of * Rs only. Hope my concern will be taken into consideration. I am providing the complete details of the shop.
