Sastajoota com - Seller send me lower quality diffrent product and charge me more

I recently bought pair of shoes from sastajoota.com. they sent me picture of shoes that i Will receive but when i received shoes it look nothing like he told me what its going to be(showe in clips and photos).shoes that he sent me cost ****-****rs(with that quality)but he charge me ****rs(that is cost of shoes that he send me in video clips)So i talk with owner that these are nit same shoes and i want my money back atleast ****rs or take your shoes and give me full refund. He refuse to give me money and not picking up my phone calls.he also delete his profile picture from his what's app after i complaint to him.His number is +** ***** ***** and +** ***** ***** and i think his name is brijendra singh. Please help me get my money back.....i also attach some photos/clip. Clip with box he send me to show how shoes is gonna look like and other is what i receive
