Facebook Market Place - Seller not responding and not providing tracking

My wife seeing market place ads and she decided to order a woollen kurta set.. She enquired and talked with user name Ashi Ashima who posted that ad.. Location of ad showing Ludhiana and she saying item will courier from jaipur.. After finilizing i did payment on ** nov ****and give the number of gpay and id is on name rsmnorthregion@okaxis.. Before paying i asked to her ita showing this name and she its mine number and gpay upi id.. Firstly she said after * * days she share tracking details but from * dec she is ignoring the messages and not reverting back.. When send message her about i will complaint she said go ahead and do it.. Many people doing the same on Facebook fishing peoples and take hard earn money from people's.. Request to do need for this and to stop these frauds..
