OLX.in - Seller fooled me

I saw an ad on Olx about an iPhone X which was bought from Uae and had a little bit crack on the backglass for which the seller has listed the price for *****. Then I messaged him on olx and then asked some question and told to give some more pictures he asked my WhatsApp number to give photos. Then he had given photos and I asked some proof that it is original not a clone he had given me video also. Then we went on discussing the deal and the deal was done at ***** after negotiation as it had cracked on the backside. Then I asked how he will send the phone he told me he will send through dtdc and told it will take one day to reach Assam then I told ok. He told first to give **** to booked the slip of fast service through flight on courier which will cost ****. Before giving money I asked some identity proofs of him he had given his Pan Card photo and Fb profile link for which I thought that it is to be a genuine seller. Then I trusted him and gave him ****. After giving **** he had shown a slip of booking ( with the stamp of the dtdc courier office manager), the parcel and some photos of the phone and the box and where reboxing to give to the dtdc to send me. And then he told that I have to pay the half amount to get it to be dispatched from the courier. I argued with the seller and told I will not give but they told such thing that I got fooled and had to give the half amount. And then for confirmation I called to the number ( which was on the slip of the dtdc courier office stamp) then the manager picked up the phone I asked some random question to him and answered like a gentleman he has also given his email address to give photo of transaction slip of the money which I sent to the seller through bank. After a few hours again I called that number and again the manager of dtdc picked up the phone for asking if the parcel had been dispatched at that time he told that the seller party had called him and told that until and unless I will not pay the full amount the parcel will not be dispatched I argued with him and he told that he cannot do anything. And then I call the seller party and argued with him and he told to give the full amount otherwise the parcel will not be dispatched. Then I took an hour to think and discussed with my friends and thought of giving the full amount in the fear of losing the previous money I sent to him. Then I sent the full amount to him and called him and told call the manager and to dispatch the parcel and he told ok it will be dispatch now. Till then it was good. But the next day I got mail saying that the custom officer on the airport had sued the parcel as it was Uae purchased and giving a photocopy (which was photoshopped) of a cheque of Rupees ***** to bring back the parcel from the custom police custody and said that the seller had to pay the ***** to send the parcel which the dtdc courier has given to the custom police officer to bring back the parcel and then the parcel will be shipped to me (And then I realised that it is a scam and the manager of dtdc was too involved with them and this is the idea to get more money from me by fooling me ). Then I called the seller and told this and he told to give him ** min to talk and then he called me and told that I had to pay the ***** to get the phone I got angry I scold him and he told that he cannot do anything and cut the phone. I again called the manager and they told the same thing. And like this, they fooled me. As I cannot give them ***** they had not given the phone also and refund also which I asked but they told that they will not give me. As I am a student I cannot do anything I came here for a solution my friend told me about Voxya. I am in big trauma and I am getting mentally affected as I have gathered this money for one long year for an iPhone but they fooled me take all the money from me. I came here to give complain in a ray of hope to get justice.
