Sane Retails Private Limited - Sell wrong product

I’m Sonu kumar I live in Khanna city.
I have ordered apple c type cable *m
Through online from flipkart on **/**/****.

Invoice Number # FAJTXA********** As per the bill I have,
When I get product on **/**/****,
I opened it and i found that I get wrong product i.e duplicate brand and short length of the cable from the company or from the saler (Sold By: Sane Retails Private Limited ,
Ship-from Address: Village Kot Panache and Madiala Kalan,, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana, Punjab, Ludhiana, PUNJAB, India - ******, IN-PB
GSTIN - **AAXCS****R*ZD)
I tried to return this wrong product however i contacted to company regarding mỳ refunds and return but company ( flipkart pvt limited customer service support) did not give any satisfied resolution to me. I’m very upset about this problem because I belong to middle class family and my parents get angry on me because they demand money which company refuse to return. Please help me out from this bad situation and Now, I wants return with refund from company as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to the you.
