Silver at the value of **** rs. On **th April they delivered the product. When I opened the box. The watch I had ordered was not there. Instead a low cost cheap Boat watch was packed. I took the unboxing video and shared with them. Since that day they have been saying ** hours to resolve and today is the *th of May I have no resolution from them. I have all screen shots from whatsapp chats and emails as well.

I have the video as well. I need a refund or the watch itself. I had ordered it for my * year old sons bday. They have ruined the bday surprise as well. And now its added headache to follow up every day on this matter with no resolution. They just keep saying we have told shiprocket and they will call you in ** hrs. Its been * days!!
