PURE BURST CLASSIC MALT Code no - Seizing of purchased item without exchange

Some house hold goods were purchased on dated **-**-****, Evening-**:**;**. Bill no.************* from VISHAL MEGAMART,KURNOOL.WARD NO.-**, H.NO-**/***, VILLAGE -KALLUR, SURVEY NO.-***/*. KURNOOL-******. ANDHRAPRADESH. Phone no.**********. Out of which one item i.e PURE BURST CLASSIC MALT( No. ***`*******/******) was taken for exchange on very next day. The matter of concern is that, instead of listening customer's word, the existing staff snatched the item and kept with them. This amount is a loss to customer. And I do not know, this item will be go to whose pocket. If this will be attitude of your staff/Group leader, why customer will prefer VISHAL MART.
This is not the issue of money, it is the respect of a common man.
Some body should take it seriously for action.
