Manba Finance Limited - seized without notice

I am a borrower of a vehicle loan from Maanba Finance. My vehicle was seized without any prior notice or proper communication from the company. I was willing to pay the pending EMI and had informed the company accordingly.

The vehicle was repossessed without giving me a reasonable opportunity to regularize the account. After seizure, I was asked to pay additional charges for release of the vehicle. I have not received any court notice or proper repossession notice before the seizure.

I request investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the concerned officials. I also request immediate release of my vehicle and waiver of unfair charges imposed after seizure.
