Motherhood Hospital - Seems these guys are inhuman

I had a disgraceful moment with Motherhood Hospital.
We (Me and my wife) are planning for pregnancy and the dr. recommended some tests (Those are to be done on some specific days). I kept on calling the hospital's helpline asking them to connect with the Whitefield Bangalore branch of the hospital. The support people told me that they had arranged a callback and that the Whitefield branch would contact me to fix test appointment. I did not receive any calls from them and even after followup I did not get any proper response.
Finally I decided to go to the hospital myself and after facing the famous Bangalore's traffic for almost * hour, the hospital said that you are late and those tests cant be conducted now. "Try next month"..

The nurses and staff are very rude and have no sense of talking. They didn't let me meet the doctor and were least bothered that because of their mistake, we have lost our * precious month.

If they can't treat the patients nicely, I am really not sure about the tag line "We at motherhood care like no other".. because for me.. the DONT GIVE A DAMM ABOUT YOU or YOUR Feelings
