Nestaway housing - Security reimbursement

I want to file a complaint against Nestaway . They provide rented apartment. While shifting I paid ***** rs as security deposit. At that time their people were very active and completing the formalities very quickly.
I shifted in starting of April month and After * months from shifting I got to know that * months stay is mandatory as per Nestaway protocalls. But my office was really far from nestway house so I moved out from nestway on end of June week and I handovered the room keys to house caretaker as advised by nestway agent. But I paid the rent of July month also to complete my * months. And from that day today is ** sep and I did not received my security reimbursement . They do everything on software and through mailing confirmation but they cancelled my move out on the basis of call and miscommunication. I am chasing.
