According to the update I received a month ago, I recently upgraded my POCO X*. Following the update, my front camera, rear wide camera, rear macro lens camera, and rear portrait camera are all inoperable. I tried factory resetting my camera and my phone without luck. Hence I submitted my mobile to the MI service center per MI's instructions, and I've also sent the Job Sheet in email to POCO and MI service emails, but didn't receive any proper response. Below is the most recent conversation.

Hello Prabhakaran, thank you for helping us with the job sheet number. We understand you are concerned regarding the issue you are facing with your device. Upon checking the details we can see that the service center team has diagnosed your equipment and found that the device doesn't fall under warranty, hence our service team has given you a cost estimate for the repair. Our crew has returned your device without making any repairs since the estimate was rejected. Kindly confirm the same.
My response:
I'm still perplexed as to why we are bringing up the warranty duration. This problem I'm having is a result of the firmware update MI released to my device. The MI team should not have pushed the software if it could harm the device. As I previously stated, since the problem was brought on by a security patch update, MI will take care of it.
