Sir,
I applied for EXCITEL broad band through their agent. Not satisfied with their charges I requested to snap the connection and refund my security and installation charges of Rs.***_- They took the instrument on */**/**** and sent msg that refund of security in ** days. Over four months security not refunded.
Request to refund security plus interest of **% till refund.
