On connection time they are promished that, they provide the good services and fixed any technical issue in ** hours after register the complain but
After after some month of connection they don't attand the call and if any technical issue we are call the service provider the multiple time but they don't picked the call and if by mistake they attand the call the suggest a date for fixed the issue and date is * or * days of the call time and on that time i have to remiind him for fix that issue.
After all of that if we are disconnected the connection and return their assets they take all from our side but not provide our security money.
And when we ask the about security money than they says
Our * or * month bill are pending.
When i am ask the month of pending bill
Than they have not proper record of our bill.
It is a bed service.
