Nestaway In Mumbai - Security Deposit refund not received after 25 days

I have moved out of Nestaway house **th dec, ****. **th of Jan I while I was enquiring about the settlement report, I asked about deposit, the customer care executive told me it's pending for verification, I had no idea that verification is pending. It's ok, I sent it on **th. It's been * weeks even after I uploaded my statement and got verified symbol. I have even sent them emails regarding the same asking for why I'm not getting my refund yet. The website and app shows give us *-* bank working days. I'm not getting replies nor any information from their end. I'm in financial constraints due to moving and a dental surgery. This has added pressure to it. If I got my deposit back, I wouldn't need to seek financial help from other people for my surgery.
