Oyo life BLR 1824 - Security deposit not refunded

Hello there!
I had been in oyo life blr **** situated near Dayananda Sagar college of Engineering, Bangalore. At first, when i moved there i told the supervisor that i will be staying here just for a month starting from **th jan **** to **th feb **** so he agreed and told me to send him some details which he will ask in whatsapp, i sent him each and every detail including name, date of birth, organisation, aadhar and pan id, checkin and checkout dates as well. Then he sent me a link through whicg i had to pay the amount of january including security which was around Rs.**,***/- and when asked he told me that again in february i have to pay around Rs.*,*** to *,*** which is remaining amount. Meanwhile, he didnot told me anything about agreement of oyo life and that i have to mention checkout date in oyo life app as well. But, after january, i started receiving messages from oyo life that i have to pay rent of february month, it shocked me that i am staying till **th and again why i have to pay february month's full rent that is around **,*** I asked supervisor that you had told me that i have to pay just *,*** or *,*** then how come this happen, then he asked sorry and told me i forgot to mention you that you have to pay the rent of ** days notice period, so please pay the amount mentioned. Then, i called oyo escalation and told each and everything, but he also told me to pay the full rent, i told him that i will not pay full month's rent, whatever i have given as security deposit you just decrement that amount as rent of ** days of feb, he agreed and told me that whatever will be the remaining amount, it will be refunded to you in next ** days of your checkout. But, its been ** days today and i did not received any refund, i called oyo today to remind him about my refund, but he refused and told that i will not get any refund. I want justice by punishing the property supervisor, his name is Pawan.G and property name is Oyo Life BLR ****. Also i want compensation as Rs.**,***/- is not a small amount.
