Sony Gupta filed complaint against Homigo on Mar 8, 2019
My brother had shifted to Homigo Fedra in November ****. He had paid a security deposit of Rs.***** which was to be returned back when he vacates the said flat. Out of nowhere, last month (February ****), the actual owner turns up and says his contract with Homigo is now void. And due to this, his security deposit will not be returned back. Moreover, he (the owner) starts demanding a fresh security deposit from my brother. He is not alone, the whole building is privy to this "contract/lease ending" fiasco. Everybody's security deposit is in jeopardy. We have been contacting them (Homigo) continuously for the past ** days, and all our requests are falling on deaf notes. They earlier claimed to refund the money by month end, which didn't materialize. They have cheated us and it seems they have now disappeared with our hard earned money. Their social media accounts have been disabled of late and their listed numbers have been disconnected. Apparently, their CEO and co-founders and other executives are on the run.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
