My sister was a resident at Housr, QCity, Hyderabad (Room ***), from ** July **** to * September ****. At the start of her stay, She paid a security deposit of ₹**,***. Her stay is now ended, and I am trying to get this deposit refunded.
I have asked them about it, but I want to know where things stand — specifically the current status of my refund, the final amount they intend to return (including any deductions they may have made), and how long the processing is expected to take but they are not responding to my mails.
