I was admitted in Bombay hospital on ** of July **** i paid all bills through bajaj allianz insurance my insurance company has cleared bill they provided settlement letter i called marketing team they said mail me the claim settlement letter then they will refund my security deposit of ₹****/- . But when i called them again no response was given . Even i mailed them before for asking money but they didn't replied. I was discharged on *th of Aug ****. Its been almost ** days but they are not willing to pay me and staff is very rude
