Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd - Security deposit money not got even after 2 years

I was living in Nestaway property for more than * years (from **** June to **** August). In August, ****, *st week suddenly they said to leave the property as there was some issue between Nestaway and the owner (Even in agreement it is mentioned they provides at least ** days notice). So we have left the property and now its almost * years and they have not provided my (security deposit + August month rent). I have called many times but didn't get proper response. Now they are telling we can't provide your refund money as owner is not giving us (this thing is not mentioned in agreement). From * years I am suffering a lot due to mentally and financially. I need my security deposit money, concession and very strict action on Nestaway company so that other person should not suffer.
