Stanza Living Durham House - Security deposit from Stanza Living Durham House not received

I vacated the premises of Stanza Living Durham House on *th July ****. As per the information provided on the Stanza Living app, the security deposit was to be refunded within ** days of vacating the property. However, it has now been ** days, and I have still not received my refund.
To make matters worse, there is no accessible support channel to reach a representative who can provide a clear update on the status of my refund. No functional helpline number or support email ID has been provided, leaving residents completely in the dark.
The only communication received so far is a repetitive automated email stating that the delay is due to a “manual error.” This email was sent twice in succession, and there is no option to reply or seek clarification.
Such poor transparency and lack of accountability are extremely disappointing and have caused significant mental distress and frustration. It is unacceptable for a reputed company to hold a tenant’s hard-earned money for months without clear communication or resolution.
