This is regarding the return of security deposit after vacating the flat. I had vacated the flat in great condition on **-Sept-**** and have returned the keys of the flat on **-Sept-**** to the executive of the said company (Cdymax (India) Pharma Pvt. Ltd.,). He checked the flat thoroughly and told me their finance department will clear the account ASAP. Since then toaday is **th-Oct-**** , i have tried multiple time to contact them to return the security deposit minus the charges. They have continuously made excuses and have not been returned anything till date.
