Manipal hospital Whitefield - Security deposit amount not credited

My patient was admitted and discharged... During admission they collect **k from us and said after discharge we will get refunded after deducting some *.*k. Four days have been passed... Yesterday received a msg that ****/- hv been initiated by hospital finance team. But after almost ** hrs hv been passed we hv not been received money in our account. We had made numerous calls to hospital number every time their reply is finance team will get back to you... It's really very annoying... When asking for admission they take money within minutes... When we should get our money back it's their way of reply... It's very unprofessional attitude.
