I have applied for Internet Connection for three months (June- **** - Sep ****) . There services for internet connection was so poor due to which I have asked for stopping my internet connection and asked for my security refund. I have returned the Nextra Router/Modem etc. They told me that you will get your security refund within * Months (till Dec ****) . And I keep on complaining on mails and calls , every time they told me that you will get refund within ** working days . I have mailed them uncountable number of times but till the date I get reply to just wait.
I want to file complain against them and request you to please help me with my security refund.
