I returned the outfit on **th May and it's been more than * months but they have not refunded my security amount of **** Rs. I have been constantly following up for payment on calls and emails but they are not responsive. Even if they respond they come up with new excuses for the delay in refunding the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
