Vodafone company - security amount not refunded

I surrendered my vodafone number in Feb **** and submitted my application at Rajpur road VI store.I was told that refund amount will be provided through cheque. As directed, I provided my government residence and office address. On *st March **** I got mail that cheque have been dispatched but till April **** I did not recieve any cheque.
I wrote mail to vodafone India about the same and after that I am recieving so many calls about cheque being at Saharnpur road store(far from my place). Despite receiving calls and telling them that I am Divyangjan,and I stay alone in dehradun(not feasible for me to travel and pick up my own cheque),they again again mail me same thing that I have to pick it up. Its **th may **** now,still I get call and same explanation.
In middle of these conversation I got mail from them that they have delivered cheque at rajpur road store and provided me with some number to connect but that lady is constantly denying that cheque is with her.
I have been running after them in this pandemic situation but everytime they keep beating there own trumpet. They are constantly troubling me.
